Hola! Soy Denisse! I graduated from Harvard College with a BA in physics in May 2023. After my gap year, I will start a PhD at MIT's Nuclear Science and Engineering Department.

Having personally gone through the journey of college admissions as a first-generation high school and college graduate, I can empathize with the challenges and uncertainties that students and families may face. During my own middle school and high school years, I immersed myself in extensive research on colleges and college admissions, gaining valuable insights along the way. In high school, I ultimately applied to seven universities (Harvard, Yale, Princeton, MIT, Stanford, Columbia, and UT Austin) and received admission to all of them.

I am an author for publications in Nature Physics, Nature Materials, and other peer-reviewed journals, and I've received various undergraduate and graduate awards. For graduate school, I was admitted to the MIT Nuclear Science & Engineering Dept, Harvard Physics Dept., Harvard Applied Physics Dept., Stanford Applied Physics Dept., and the UC Berkeley Nuclear Science & Engineering Dept.

Hourly Admissions Consultation

For any strategic undergraduate or graduate admissions questions, planning, or advice that is not covered by the essay package tiers. Because every student is unique, the total expected hours is variable. However, during the consultation meeting, we can discuss your goals, and I can give you an estimate for how many hours of work it would be. 

Examples of what work I can during these consultations: career counseling in order to help choose a college major, standardized testing advice, high school curriculum planning, college application list compiling, undergraduate scholarships suggestions.

$150 per hour

Tier 1 Essay Package​

Detailed feedback for one already written essay and one-on-one guidance.

Fee $500. Written analysis of revised drafts available for a $50 fee.

Tier 2 Essay Package

From a blank page to a submittable college essay. One-on-one guidance for all essays for any FOUR college applications. Timeline for student. Updates to parents.
